Net-Zero Building

If you’ve been wondering about some examples or case studies about Net-Zero Building, look no further. The book Good Energy: Renewable Power and the Design of Everyday Life gives 35 case studies about Net-Zero building in residential and community spaces. The beautiful photographs in the book document every detail of the projects, including a residential complex in El Paso. The 73-unit complex houses seniors and people with disabilities who make less than 30% AMI. While the complex was about double the cost to build, it pays zero in energy costs.
