We’re back in the Metaverse again! I came across this article from LoopNet and it was a nice addition to the last blog post about planning in the Metaverse. As LoopNet states in the article, there are already millions of dollars being traded for real estate in the Metaverse. Snoop Dogg actually made his own “Snoopverse” where he sold a parcel for $450,000! In January 2022, sales of real estate in the Metaverse totaled about $85 million. The largest Metaverse platform, Sandbox, was selling a parcel of land for $14,099 in January 2022.
