Ramsey County looked to our team to “refresh” their Strategic Facility Plan to better understand the relationship between Ramsey County’s public facing services and their facility locations. SHC performed as the urban strategist and lead facilitator on the project - working collaboratively with RSP i_SPACE our Team engaged the County’s leadership to prepare a recommendation for service delivery and location that would align with the County’s mission to put Residents First.
