We were responsible for preparing the urban context analysis that focused on the relationship between the utility’s operations and their locations within the Austin metropolitan area. Comprehensively evaluating highest-and-best land use, market trends, socio-economic and demographic growth projections led to comprehensive recommendations regarding their service center portfolio.
