SHC believes it is important to remain involved and entrenched in municipal planning because it gives perspective to all projects in the built environment. SHC performs as the contract municipal planner for various communities throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Services for each client are variable but include plan review and project management (conditional use permits, subdivisions, variances, etc.), ordinance drafting and updates, small area planning, meeting facilitation and presentations to City Councils and Planning Commissions.
