Zoning Code Update, Comprehensive Plan, & Planning Services

SHC began working with the City of Lauderdale in 2018 when they were hired to prepare the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update. Once the project was completed the City retained SHC as their consulting City Planner to assist with daily planning services. Most recently SHC has been hired to prepare a full update and revision of the City’s Zoning Ordinance and Map that is scheduled for completion in 2024. Our on-going relationship with Lauderdale has provided seamless integration of the Comprehensive Plan, zoning ordinance implementation and daily services to their residents.
