Zoning Ordinance Update - Full Repeal

Mendota Heights, MN

In 2020 SHC helped the City of Mendota Heights with final adoption of their 2040 Comprehensive Plan which introduce new land use designations in the community. To implement the 2040 Plan, the City turned to SHC to help update their Zoning Ordinance to support their newly established goals and objectives. The process included extensive engagement, questionnaires, and online surveys to inform the new code. The new code includes a full restructuring, new diagrams, and illustrations and data in tabular formats.
